USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP FOR YOUTH PLAYERS

All youth players must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership to participate. Please visit www.usalacrosse.com/membership to purchase or renew your membership.

Current USA Lacrosse annual membership is $35.

EQUIPMENT

To play lacrosse your child will need the following equipment. Note: Practice and game jerseys are provided by the program

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

BOYS

● Helmet

● Shoulder Pads (NOCSAE ND200 certified)

● Elbow Pads

● Gloves

● Stick (Length with head must be 38” – 42”. We recommend cutting sticks down to 38” for smaller U8/U10 players)

● Mouth Guard

● Cleats (molded rubber, no metal)

● Protective Cup

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

● Rib pads

● Shin pads

GIRLS

● Lacrosse Goggles

● Stick (Length with head must be 35.5 to43 inches”. We recommend cutting sticks down for smaller players to 26 inches if needed)

● Mouth Guard

● Cleats (molded rubber, no metal)

● No earrings can be worn or tape (plastic rubber studs can be worn)
